A non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment date and this deposit payment is not refundable due to cancellation of the appointment or any other reason. The deposit payment secures the appointment date and will be applied to the services provided at the time of the appointment with any remaining balance due when services are completed.
All sales are final.
Nick’s Custom Detailing reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance with its staff levels, weatherconditions, and/or equipment failure without penalty to the company.
Nick’s Custom Detailing Inc. employees may operate thevehicle at the owner’s risk. Personal articles should not be left in the vehicle and are the responsibility of the vehicle owner. Wetake pride in our work and will always handle your vehicle with the utmost care and respect.
Invoices will contain a description of the services provided. Invoices are due upon receipt. A minimum of $30 per day storagecharge begins 48 hours after the work has been completed, unless other arrangements have been made. A representative of Nick’s Custom Detailing Inc. will notify you when your vehicle has been completed and is ready for pick up.
A mechanics lien is secured on the vehicle for the labor and installed materials. If a written order (check) or credit card has been stopped or dishonored, the Texas Business and Commerce Code 9.609 allows, at the owner’s expense, the repossession of the vehicle, as well as all other costs and attorney fees. The customer consents to any lawsuit being filed only in Tarrant County,Texas.
Only Texas laws shall apply.
